Candlemas Morning Retreat

Candlemas, or Imbolc, is an age old celebration of the return of Light. It marks the midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox. It signals the return of light, of warmth, of spring, and lengthening days. Candlemas and Imbolc celebrate growth, letting go of the old in order to make space for the new to take root and grow. Spend the day rekindling your internal Light, the Light of your Spirit, connecting with the Earth that is waking from winter’s sleep at the beautiful Conservancy of Healing and Heritage. Your experience include learning about the history of this ancient celebration, participating in a ceremony, guided meditation and special sound bath to let your Light Shine.

Every participant will go home with a hand poured candle to commemorate the day.
